Quinlan Road is a fully independent record label and management office founded in 1985. It is wholly owned and operated by its only artist, Loreena McKennitt.

WHO WE ARE (Informally)

We are a company of individuals who believe in the old-fashioned business principles of striving for excellence and providing strong value and good service to our public. Although we are in a business renowned for fame, we do not find ourselves comfortable with the “cult of the celebrity”, but rather see our mission – if this isn’t too lofty an ideal! – in facilitating enriched life experiences.
By setting our aspirations high, we challenge each other to deliver our best possible quality. At times, this makes the task more daunting; however, we are happy to do so. Just as we like to receive the best service and support when we are out and about our lives, we are certain our public does as well.

And as much as we love our business, we also acknowledge that we are a small element in a much greater world. We seek to inform ourselves about our local community as well as the world at large in order to shape our business practices equitably and responsibly.
