With full orchestra and a 200-voice choir, composer Tim Janis will be joined by Loreena and living legend of the flute Sir James Galway. Additional performers include Dove Award-winner Cindy Cruse Ratcliff and Lady Jeanne Galway. The evening also includes musical selections from Tim Janis’s new PBS film The Button Girl, narrated by Kate Winslet and starring Dick Van Dyke, Jane Seymour, and Charles Shaughnessy.
Proceeds benefit Kate Winslet’s Golden Hat Foundation, which is dedicated to changing the way people with autism are perceived, by shining a light on their abilities and emphasizing their great potentials.
Tim Janis is proud to be back with The Montclair State University Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Ken Lam and The American Christmas Carol Choir conducted by Matt Vanzini.
